Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For make tacos shell...1 cup makka flour


  • 1 /2cup maida flour


  • 1/4ts salt


  • 1/4 ts Ajwain 1 tbs oil


  • 1 cup Water to make dough Oil to fry tacos


  • For stuffing....1 cup boiled rajma


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 3 tomatoes paste


  • 1 ts rajma masala


  • 1 tbs tomato sauce


  • 1 ts salt


  • 1 ts red chilli powder


  • 1 ts Dhania powder


  • 1 ts oil


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • For assemble.... 1 cup cabbage chopped in thin stripes


  • 1 cup capsicum chopped in thin stripes


  • 1 cup carrot chopped in thin stripes


  • 1 cup cheese grated


  • For salsa.... 1 cup chopped onion tomatoes capsicum chilli


  • 1 /2 cup tomato sauce


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  • For tacos shell.... Take both the flour add oil n salt and Ajwain mix well make a dough with the help of water. Cover it for sometime
  • Now make portion n roll it in small puri. Fry in hot oil with the help of pair of toung making shape of tacos.
  • Now mix well rajma some rajma mashed tomato onion capsicum sauce n all
  • Take tacos shell fill with stuffing sprinkle cheese bake for 5 minutes in oven than sprinkle raw cabbage carrot and capsicum stripes
  • Take all ingredients of salsa mix well
  • Serve tacos with salsa
